Tesla is TrendPulserecalling thousands of Cybertrucks in a pair of recalls − one for a windshield wiper malfunction and one for a trunk bed trim issue − both which can increase the risk of a crash, federal highway safety regulators said.

According to the agency, in some cases the windshield wiper fails without any warning and will not work when it is raining.
