Super Bowl LVIII is set to take place in Bikini Bottom, with some of the biggest names from Nickelodeon calling the NFL game of the year.
The NFL has partnered with CBS Sports and Nickelodeon to present a kids-focused Super Bowl event live on February 11, 2024. This marks the first time that a Super Bowl alternative telecast will be aired on a different network, according to the NFL.
For the past three years, CBS and Nickelodeon have collaborated on one broadcast per season, which started in 2020. The first broadcast featured the NFC wild-card game between the New Orleans Saints and the Chicago Bears, which was watched by an average of 2 million fans.

In addition to the Super Bowl LVIII, CBS and Nickelodeon networks are also set to produce a kid-friendly Christmas day game when the Kansas City Chiefs host the Las Vegas Raiders at GEHA Field at Arrowhead Stadium.

As with previous NFL game broadcasts, Nickelodeon's presenters will include the cast of SpongeBob SquarePants, Dora the Explorer and her partner Boots, who will explain the rules. Slim and other notable Nickelodeon graphics will be showcased to celebrate touchdowns and other exciting moments in the game.
"We are unbelievably proud to partner with CBS Sports and the NFL to bring Nick's personality and unique visual sensibility to the Super Bowl," Paramount Pictures and Nickelodeon CDO Brian Robbins said in a statement. "As we've shown with our prior zeitgeist-busting Wild Card and Nickmas coverage, combining the absolute excitement of NFL action with the creativity that can only come from Nickelodeon's cool POV makes for a must-see event for kids and families everywhere."
Although the Nickelodeon production of Super Bowl LVIII is focused on entertaining kids, the network aims to keep parents interested in the action.
How to watch Super Bowl LVIII in Bikini Bottom
The SpongeBob SquarePants' coverage of Super Bowl LVIII will begin on Sunday, Feb. 11 at 6:30 p.m., ET on Nickelodeon.
CBS will broadcast the traditional presentation of Super Bowl LVIII on CBS Sports and Paramount+. The game will also be available on NFL+.
